Viel zu dunkel, um auf die Schnelle einen sicheren \u00dcbernachtungsplatz auszumachen. An den angefahrenen Pl\u00e4tzen in Rostock sitzen komische Gestalten in Autos herum. Seltsam, in Skandinavien f\u00fchlten wir uns sicher, zur\u00fcck in der Heimat macht sich ein Gef\u00fchl von Unsicherheit breit. Nein, in Rostock wollen wir die Nacht nicht verbringen. Wir fahren aufs Land. In dem St\u00e4dtchen Schwaan parken wir an dem Flu\u00df Warnow auf einem Parkplatz. Es dauert nicht lange, da f\u00e4hrt ein Auto dicht an uns heran und der Fahrer lurt auf unser Nummernschild. &#8222;Wo die wohl herkommen. Was wollen die da.&#8220; Welcome home. So ein Verhalten haben wir nicht vermisst, aber so schnell auch nicht erwartet. Trotzdem war die Nacht ruhig. Vielleicht m\u00fcssen wir uns an diese einheimischen neugierigen Trottel einfach nur wieder gew\u00f6hnen. Unsere erste \u00dcberlegung war, \u00fcber Westdeutschland zu fahren, was wir sehr schnell verworfen haben. Im Ruhrpott leben einfach zuviele Menschen. Das w\u00e4re ein Schock f\u00fcr uns. Wir entscheiden uns f\u00fcr den Nachhauseweg \u00fcber Ostdeutschland. Wie gehabt&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur\u00fcck und alles hat den Anschein in \u00dcberregulierung zu erstarren. In meinem Buch \u00fcber Finnland wird Deutschland im Vergleich dazu als \u00fcberregulierte Gesellschaft beschrieben. Bei uns wird vieles im Gegensatz zu Skandinavien \u00fcber Verbotsschilder geregelt. Man soll dies, man darf das nicht. Bei vielen Einwohnern ist diese Vorgehensweise vielleicht notwendig. Der Sicherheits- und Verbotswahn ist zumindest augenf\u00e4llig. Ein finnischer Bauer hat das einmal so beschrieben: &#8222;Ich kann doch die Leute \u00fcber Verbotsschilder nicht behandeln wie kleine Kinder.&#8220; Die Stege zu den Booten sind in Skandinavien offen, Gel\u00e4nder an exponierten gef\u00e4hrlichen Stellen sind selten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/krines.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Stegzu.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-580\" srcset=\"http:\/\/krines.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Stegzu.jpg 640w, http:\/\/krines.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Stegzu-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption>In Rheinsberg ist der Bootsteg verschlossen. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zumidest das Brot ist f\u00fcr Karins Geschmack ertr\u00e4glicher geworden. Und im Brandenburger Land verstehen sie es, eine richtig leckere S\u00fclzwurst herzustellen. Weiter geht es \u00fcber den Spreewald und die Lausitz. Auff\u00e4llig ist auch hier die Polizeipr\u00e4senz. In Rheinsberg werden Autos und Mofas kontrolliert, st\u00e4ndig kommen einen Polizeiwagen entgegen, oder stehen herum. In Norwegen haben wir drei Fahrzeuge gesehen, alle unbemannt vor der Wache stehend. In Schweden fuhren mal zwei Fahrzeuge hinter einem Rettungswagen. Nur in Finnland war in der N\u00e4he der russischen Grenze ein \u00e4hnliches Polizeiaufkommen zu beobachten wie in Deutschland.
